All the items we sell are new. Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology, but slight variations (eg, in colour shades) in actual goods may occur. Every order will be confirmed before picking and dispatch. Once ready to ship, we will email you detailing the order, prices and shipping costs.

No local Sales Tax is payable on orders shipped by Stromberg within North America. Our EU (European Union) VAT number is GB930 9394 09. UK and EU customers will be charged Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%) on qualifying purchases. If you reside within the EU but not in the UK, and are a bona fide business who can supply a genuine EU VAT (IVA or equivalent) number, you will not be charged VAT on your shipment provided it leaves the UK direct from us. No VAT is charged to customers from outside the EU, provided the order leaves the UK direct to you overseas. This includes products shipped from our US warehouse to customers in North America.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Stromberg until we accept your order by shipping the product to you. The price of any item is not guaranteed until the item has been shipped to you. When this happens, we will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an email. If the price of a product you have ordered should change prior to shipment, you will be notified by email that your order has not been accepted by us and will not ship. You may re-order the item at the adjusted price if you wish.
This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given on your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including sales tax and Shipping & Handling) and usual delivery times.
You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us detailing the reasons why.
We try to avoid back-orders, but occasionally this is unavoidable. If an item will be restocked at the warehouse within a reasonable time (two to three days), we may delay your shipment so we can fulfil it in full. If, for any reason, there is a delay in fulfilling part of your order, back-ordered items will be noted on the invoice and delivery note. We will not send substitutes.
Back-ordered items will not be billed until such time as they become available, and shipped as soon as possible. You will not be charged shipping for back-ordered items shipped alone. However, Stromberg may elect to include back-ordered items with future new order shipments if timing coincides.
If an item is no longer available, we will remove it from the website as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that you have already ordered it, we will let you know.
Stromberg only accepts debit and credit cards issued by Mastercard and Visa, and payment by PayPal to email@example.com. Payment is also accepted by international bank (wire) transfer and international online payments. Checks and money orders drawn on US. banks cannot be negotiated by UK banks. Dealers should contact us to agree payment method before shipment. Bank details for International bank payments are available on request.
All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. If you pay by PayPal or with a card payment, you will receive confirmation of your payment via email from PayPal (as our card merchant provider). Receipt of other payments will be confirmed by email or simply by dispatch of the goods. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, the full balance due is payable by an agreed method for all products ordered prior to shipment. Customers in North America should pay for their goods in US dollars. Customers from the UK, EU and other countries should pay in UK pounds sterling (£).
We aim for next day turnaround. However, in most cases, your order will be processed and despatched within two (2) working days. Orders will usually be confirmed to you as shipped.
The quoted delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
You are responsible for all shipping charges unless specifically excluded as set forth below. For all international shipments except North America, all products shall be F.O.B. England, subject to the carrier’s minimum insurance levels. If you require additional insurance, please let us know with your order. You are also responsible for duty and customs clearance charges at the receiving port of entry.
Unless shipped direct (in which case the above terms apply), deliveries to customers in North America are shipped from our warehouse in Kentucky (c/o Prime Logistics, 7500 Empire Drive, Florence, KY 42012, USA). In this case, responsibility passes to Stromberg dealers only once the package leaves Prime Logistics.
We reserve the right to refuse to ship products when we believe the address quoted does not guarantee that products will arrive safely.
Shipping and handling charges will depend on the size and weight of the order and the location and will be advised on your invoice before shipment. We ship by the most cost-effective method. In North America, we ship either by USPS, UPS or Fedex ground. To other regions, small packages go by Royal Mail First Class recorded ‘signed for’ or Airmail Small Packet service, while higher value orders go by tracked courier. For international shipments from the UK, we use Fedex International Priority overnight or 2-day. If you prefer to make your own arrangements, please let us know.
International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
Please note that occasional orders are shipped from the UK direct to North American addresses if US stocks are temporarily low. In this situation, our systems are designed to settle any import or customs duty or tax on your behalf. In the rare event that you are charged US import duties or fees for US customs clearance, simply email us proof of payment (and the customs paperwork showing that the charges relate to a Stromberg parcel) and we will reimburse you. For shipments to other countries, local import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase.
Warranty returns must be processed according to our published warranty procedure with an accompanying RGA number. Please see our Limited Warranty for details. We cannot accept liability with regard to any claim you make where you have not complied with the claims procedures in these conditions
Please inspect orders immediately upon arrival to ensure that you have received the parts ordered and that they are free from shipping damage. If damaged, keep all merchandise and damaged packaging as evidence and file a claim with the carrier. Do not send freight-damaged merchandise back to Stromberg or our warehouse.
If you believe a product is ordered in error, or mis-shipped, you must contact us immediately and we will advise on how to proceed with the return. We will typically issue an RGA number and an address (UK or USA) for merchandise return. RGA numbers issued to Genuine Stromberg dealers are only valid for thirty (30) days after issue. Unless agreed by Stromberg, no returns for items ordered in error will be accepted after thirty (30) days of receipt.
All returns must display the valid RGA number on the outside of the package, be returned within thirty (30) days after issue of the RGA number, and freight must be pre-paid. Stromberg does not accept CODs.
If the return is due to our error, we will credit the return shipping costs to your account.
When goods are returned we will exchange, credit, or refund the original invoice amount of the merchandise.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchased while they are in your possession. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Returned goods must not be used, disfigured, or modified in any way. This means that you may inspect the goods, but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so, for your own protection, we recommend that you send it certified mail with insurance for the full value of the goods. We cannot refund Return and Exchange items lost in the post.
Please allow 10-14 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email (sent to the same email address as your order confirmation). After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to clear into your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer.
Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (eg. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will be advised of the correct price of the subject product. You may re-order it if you wish.
