After many years in the wilderness, the famous Grose Jet inlet valve is finally available once again for Stromberg carburetors. Retailing at just $16.95, it's a trick piece that every Stromberg should own.

We went right back to the original patents to get this famous old twin-ball inlet valve right as they're an incredibly accurate piece that requires special tooling. The bore between the two sides of the valve tapers 0.001" and it's reamed to prevent burrs in the ball seat.

Remember why they were so sought after? According to the patent, they cope with higher inlet pressures, eject dirt particles, improve high speed running, and don't stick or dribble. And unlike many a so-called viton-tipped needle, they won't melt in today's corrosive new gas formulas.

The new Genuine Stromberg S-Jet - part number 9564K - is available now to fit all EE-1 range Strombergs - 97, 48, 81 and 40.
